InterAutoMechanica Final Facts and Figures

InterAutoMechanica: A Bright Start, Impressive Results, and New Opportunities for the Automotive Industry

From August 19–22, the Crocus Expo IEC hosted a major premiere in the automotive industry — InterAutoMechanica, the only event in Moscow dedicated to spare parts and service on the traditional industry dates.

InterAutoMechanica took place as part of the AutoCluster of industry exhibitions on a single venue, alongside ComAutoTrans and AutoBusExpo. The AutoCluster brought together 503 companies across a static exhibition area of 30,166 sq. m in Pavilion 2 of Crocus Expo, plus a 10,000 sq. m specialized outdoor test-drive area for commercial vehicles.

Exhibitors: Quality and Exclusivity

The new exhibition featured 372 companies from Belarus, Belgium, China, the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey, and Japan, showcasing the full spectrum of the automotive industry — from manufacturers and major distributors of spare parts, components, and auto accessories, to car washes, body repair, garage equipment, IT technologies, tools, as well as professionals in detailing and tuning.

AVTOKOM Association, the largest organization of aftermarket service market participants in Russia, supported the new project as a co-organizer.

Leading distributor of auto parts, components, and consumables, Armtek, acted as the official partner of InterAutoMechanica, participating with a stand for the first time this year.

Visitors: A Hub for Specialists and Professionals

Over the four exhibition days, 17,113 specialists and service professionals attended. InterAutoMechanica became a magnet for automotive industry experts from 45 countries and 85 regions of Russia, representing all federal districts. Representatives from regions and foreign countries accounted for over 45% of total visitors, highlighting the event’s wide geographic reach and strong demand.

AutoWorkshop and “Coliseum”: New Exhibition Formats

A special area, AutoWorkshop, attracted many detailing and tuning specialists, as well as visitors seeking high-quality car care services.

The interactive “Coliseum” obstacle course generated high audience interest. Every hour, the AVTOKOM Association conducted prize draws for service professionals — from professional toolkits to Sony PlayStation consoles, providing an exciting bonus for visitors.

Auto Business Forum: A Magnet for Professionals

During the business program, 11 specialized sessions were held with 50 recognized industry experts. Attendance exceeded 1,600 participants, reflecting strong interest in the topics presented among automotive professionals.
